even if you don't show up much
its neat to see
an artist
on dA and go
"Hey! That's that dood!"

or maybe its scary
that on the net
nothing dies
*wiggles fingers*

Ahh! I used to read Mory's Education a long time ago. I had no idea you were on DA. I'm so going to watch you from now on, 'cause you're just that cool!

...please don't mind me, I get excited very easily. (sees something shiny out of the corner of the eye, and runs off.)
:iconeto:
Ah, thank you very much! :3 It's great to hear from someone who would remember my measley comic if olde. XD; I'm sorry I haven't updated much in... Well, forever, but it's still very kind for you to stop by and say hello. <3 I hope to update sometime soon, so hopefully your search won't be in vain.
:icondragonflyhamu:
OH. MY. GOD. JESSICAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!! DUDE!!!! OMG. *DIES AND FALLS OVER REPEATEDLY* HOLY SHIZ DUDE WOW OMG I HAVE NOT SEEN YOU IN YEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAARS!!!! How the hellfire are you, girl!?!? DAMN!!! :D It's Sarah! Ya know, your old friend from North Pines Jr. High with the HORRIBLE haircut. DAMN! Last I heard you published a book! You were always such a damn genius at writing, you know...I still remember your "Alone" poem. Great stuff. Hah, you know? I'm in ye old college, learning to be an art teacher for uni students, and I'm moving to Europe next year. =) Damn, it's good to see you, and I MUST SAY, WOW, your art has gotten frickin' AMAZING! I have GOT to comment on some of your pieces, seriously. Anyway! DUDE. Keep in touch!!! *hugs!*
:iconeto:
Holy hell, Sarah! It's been what, seven years? *laughs!* And we meet up on Deviant of all places... Sounds like you've been doin' pretty well though. Congrats on moving to Europe soon, I know that was always a big dream for you. That's really awesome, I wish you all the best as an art teacher. :3 Your art's still as good as I remember.

Sadly I'm not published yet... I got a bachelor's degree in Creative Writing and realized how much I had to learn still. *lol* I'm re-writing a ton of stuff, I've finished novels just not published yet. Thank you about the art as well, I dropped off for a long time but hope to be drawing more soon. Hope all's going well for ya!
:icondragonflyhamu:
Hell yeah, it's going well! Haha, too bad I think my move to Europe has been officially canceled...that's what I get for breaking things off with my Finn (like a couple days ago, lol!). But hey, I don't deserve a life of mediocrity, you know? Besides, I met someone here who is just awesome (he's friggin' sharp as a razor--gettin' his degree in electrical engineering). I also want to get my MFA after the BFA, and since EWU is really cheap to attend (and their art department is grrrreat), I'll just finish my degrees here. I like Eastern anyway, even though I hate Spokane. :D
By the way, I LURRRRVE your kitty preciousness! Sadly, my Onyx kitty passed away last year and I miss her horribly. I still love kitties soooo much, though. However, I have discovered that rabbits are officially the most epic and rad nose-bobbing little farts, EVER. I have a Holland lop named Reaper, and he's just the SWEETEST little lover squishy. I have a couple guinea pigs, too. They make lots of noises. *wheek wheek wheek!* My piggie Jorge is a total lard-ass...he's official proof that you CAN get fat on salad! :D
You know, I was so happy when I saw you went to Ireland. I know how damn proud you are of your Irish ancestry, so I know that really must have met a lot to you. It surely must have been an intensely spiritual experience as well. As for me, you know, I heard the call of Morrigan a few years ago, and have been worshiping Her ever since. And you wanna know what? I still have that beautiful Hammer of Thor you gave me all those years ago. In fact, it's around my neck right now, on a beautiful silver rope. In the times when I had no chain, I kept it in my purse, and it has protected me all these years. =)
Man, I know what you mean about feeling the spiritual energy around the Druid Circles... that one at Kinnity was just ablaze with power and memory. I sat there for 20 minutes, just basking in its aura. It was an amazing experience. =) I also loved riding the Shire horses around the castle's forest paths... I felt so at peace. Oh, and I TOTALLY agree with you about liking the countryside better than Dublin! :D Dublin is just too much for me. I mean, it is a place you can be at for a few days, but it is so hectic and crowded and noisy and arghghhghg...! I loved Roscrea. It was such a sweet little town, and it had a big tower in the middle of it. Kai and I ate at this little café there...OH, I LOVED the Irish brown bread! NOMNOMNOM! And the boxty! LAWD THE BOXTY... :D
Damn, I wish you 'n I could hook up one of these days and talk about Irish stories... :D I'm sure we both have plenty!

:iconeto:
Ahh, I'm sorry to hear that about your move... As long as you're happy though, that's the important part. *laughs* Sometimes I miss Spokane, and I could have attended Eastern instead of Western... But I belonged where the water was. So I followed.
I'm also sorry to hear about your kitty. :< You had her for a very long time though... And rabbits are super sweet, but strange enough I'm deathly allergic to them. I stayed at a friend's house with rabbits once and couldn't stop my eyes and nose from running. x_x
I'm glad to hear you still have that necklace; I'd forgotten about it till you mentioned it! And yeah, the trip meant a great deal to me... I can't wait to go back. I'd like to see other parts of Europe as well, get in touch with the other aspects of my heritage as well.
And don't remind me about Irish food... That was one part I miss the most. :< Fresh baked bread for breakfast every morning out of grocery stores... And the candy especially. I've never liked American candy as much after having Cadbury's. *laughs*
:icondragonflyhamu:
Ohhhh the chocoooolateeee! The Irish chocolate was just exquisite, was it not? GodDAMN I got fat over there, too. I better watch my waistline this time around. I'm leaving back to Dublin next month and am staying there 2 months, hehe...I'll be sure to do a lot of walking so that the boxties won't stick to my bum! Same with that delicious brown Irish bread, ohhh man!
Oh yeah, that STINKS that you are allergic to rabbits! Gawd, I'd be soooo upset if that happened to me. My little Reaper bunny is the joy of my whole life. I'll be missing him so much when I go back to Ireland... but I won't have to worry about that ever again after this trip. I had my fun, and well, I'm thinking I'd like to settle down now. =)

Stopped by to see what you've been up to lately. What's new?
